VAT and invoicing

Every price you see on our websites is the price you pay. VAT is already in it, and there is nothing added at the end.
Prices include VAT
We sell to consumers, so we show prices with tax included, as EU consumer law requires. A plan priced at 9,99 € costs 9,99 €.
Which VAT applies
We currently apply Spanish VAT at 21% to all purchases. This is allowed because our cross-border sales to consumers in other EU countries stay below the EU-wide threshold of 10,000 € per year. If we go over it we will move to the One-Stop Shop scheme and start applying the VAT rate of your own country — and this page will say so.
The VAT rate and the country used are recorded on every order, so the history stays correct even after the change.
Buyers outside the European Union are not charged EU VAT. Any import or local tax in your own country is your responsibility.
Business customers
These apps are made for individuals and everything is priced for consumers. If you are buying as a business and need an invoice with your VAT number on it, write to us before paying with your company details and VAT number, and we will issue it.
Getting an invoice
Every purchase generates a confirmation email with the order reference, the amount and what you got — keep it, that is your receipt. If you need a formal invoice, ask at [email protected] quoting your order reference and we will send it to you.
Payment methods

We do not accept cash, and we never ask for card details by email. If you get an email asking for them in our name, it is not from us — forward it to [email protected].
Currency
We charge in euros (EUR). If your account is in another currency, your bank does the conversion at its own rate and may add a fee — that part is between you and your bank.
