What this site is
https://stepsbattle.com hosts the websites of the following apps for smartwatches:
- Steps Battle — step-based duels for Garmin watches.
- Lava Escape — a walking game for Garmin watches.
- WatchTrace — send GPX routes to your Garmin watch and follow them.
- Vocabulary Reminder — vocabulary flashcards on your watch.
The watch apps themselves are distributed through the Garmin Connect IQ Store, which has its own terms and its own payment rules. These pages cover what we sell directly on this website.

Intellectual property
The apps, their source code, artwork, names and logos belong to Steps Battle, except where a third-party component is used under its own licence. Map data and map tiles come from third-party providers (OpenStreetMap contributors and MapTiler) and remain subject to their licences; their attribution is shown where the maps appear.
You may use the apps and the website for their intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, decompile or redistribute them, or use automated means to extract data in bulk.
Liability
We keep the service running as best we can, but we do not guarantee that it is available without interruption or free of errors. See the terms of use and sale for what this means in practice — in particular the safety warning about navigation apps.

These pages are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away the rights that the law of your country of residence gives you, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your own domicile.
